This morning I get a message to my phone from Verizon saying that they have charged my card a extra 109.16 for a promise pay i made early on the 25th of December I had a payment arrangement scheduled to pay the remainder of the bill on the 28th !! I paid half of the bill on the 5th of December! Thursday i get a message from them saying i owed over 300 dollars ! How when i paid the December payment in full so it wouldnโt rollover into the next bill !? Mind you the bill was fully paid on Christmas why am i being charged extra when i made a payment arrangement for the 5th and the 28th of December i paid the remaining balance on Christmas!!! I didnโt even get a email stating that you all took my money from my card ! Verizon needs 24 hour support
We're here to help with your concern. So you made a payment on the 25th, but then were charged due to the payment arrangement on the 28th, correct? ~Peter
