Needless to say I'm livid. They say it was returned outside the offer window. The first box didn't arrive so I had to be sent another. This is utterly unacceptable. The phone is worth $500 if I sold it on eBay.
How do I cancel the upgrade and move all my lines? I have been paying around $400 / month for 10 years and this is the treatment I get.

They say they have put in a form to get the amount changed back to $830.
