How do I speak to a tenured rep regarding a billing dispute? Calling customer service is a frustrating dead end. All questions and no resolution. It is disheartening to spend so much time whether in chat or calling customer service only to be asked question after question when my account history should be at their fingertips.

Once I resolve this, I am considering another carrier. Verizon customer service has been anything but helpful. Just a time consuming loop.

Placed an online order for a new iPhone 16 pro max on Dec 22, guaranteed delivery via ‘pro on the go’ between 5-7pm on Dec 24. Now on day 7, no phone, no help. Called Verizon several times, but it’s a lot of wasted time with chats and customer service with NO resolution. Terrible experience. Verizon customer service can’t help with pro on the go?! seems they are not aware of this VERIZON offer of ‘Pro on the Go’! Phone status page just says ‘check back later’?! The phone is available at many stores near me, why can’t I just go get it? This is very poor service. If offered the ‘pro on the go service’ again will not use it. I would have been better off skipping that ‘offer’.
