Over charging

I just joined verison wireless on Jan 17th, 2025. I was told by the agent that they had a free phone promotional going. And my bill was supposed to be $141 every month. First month Which was due Feb 15 was $ 141. Second month March, they billed me $246 and they can't explain to me why they are charging me $105  extra. Every agent i call has a different explanation. Which doesn't make any sense. They are telling me I joined December when I did not. Other is saying oh it's prepaid. No one has anything true to say. I regret switching from tmobile. I am so frustrated 😠 with Verizon I am gonna have to leave them.
