I have literally been with Verizon for 3 years! I have been struggling to pay my bill why? Because I get charged more than what I am supposed to pay every month. My bill goes up. I have a lot going on my son is going through a lot. My account is currently suspended! Is there anyone who can point me in the direction to talking to a real live actual human being. I am not late because I’m irresponsible, I am late because I am really having a hard time and I’m not even able to call the dr. When I have to it is what it is.. but I don’t even use my phone but for calls mostly I hardly ever even text people. And my bill is outrageous. It just blows my mind. If anyone knows please reach out. I don’t know how to get help without it being through here. I have been searching and I tried the call the financial hotline they just ask me to pay my bill can’t get no further.

I also been with VZW for 3 years, still experiencing bill changes monthly. I feel I’m being taken advantage of. Not to mention my service is putrid and i pay 140.00 monthly for 2 plans 2 lines. At this point I’m considering moving on from VZW and not to mention the customer service moving off shore is wretched and lousy.
