Overcharged and never supported

Hi community, 

I have been a Verizon customer for over 10 years and my family over 15. My  account doesnt recognize that. It randomly was changed from a Buisness to a personal as well without my knowledge or consent.
 I have been being overcharged on old plans for months if not longer. I have tried to contact customer service and have the texts and calls to prove. No agent would ever help me figure out why my bill was so high and would drop the call or text or try and transfer me. I found out I was on old plans and this could have been easily fixed, I found out they also didn’t remove insurance when my phone was paid off and I asked it to be. I will be reporting to BBB, Attorney General office and public service commissions if my account is not properly adjusted and refunded. 15 years ago Verizon supported and now the past 5 years it is a joke. As soon as I can I am switching carriers if this isn’t straightened out. I even returned old equipment and they tried to pretend I didn’t and charge me…..
