I have been dealing with a problem for almost 2 months now with this company the the most concerning part is about a month old. The was overcharged for a service that I wanted so I quickly canceled the service and asked for my next months bill to be corrected so I would not be charged for the service that I didnโt want that the overcharged price.
It took them almost a complete month to remove the service from my phone but didnโt remove the charges from my bill before the next billing cycle. I decided to turn off automatic payment so I could pay only the amount that my bill was the month before, without the extra charge for the service that they overcharged me for in the first place.
It took over a month to have this service removed from my phone but, now almost 2 months later, Iโm still trying to make them give me back the last payment that they took from me and Iโm now pretty much just being ignored. My next payment is due on the 3rd of next month and I assured this employee that if I didnโt get my last months payment back into my account so I could make the correct payment, I will not be making the next month payment.
My only concern is that if I donโt make the next payment, Verizon doesnโt care about customer treatmentโฆ they will simply turn off my service for lack of payment, never mention that they took money from my bank account, and they have my 81 year old mother on my family account who has heart problems and cannot be without a phone in case of an emergency.
So as of now, Verizon Wireless has overcharged me for a service that i wanted but cannot afford at the overcharged price and now refuses to return last months payment a that was more than my original payment should have been.
How do I file a complaint against this person? Also she is an executive officer from what her email and her email address says. I just want my money back, to be able to make the correct payment and move past this problem and this employee who refuses to do their job !!
