I am being seriously overcharged by Verizon. My bill in July-aug was $500. I paid it in full and now they want 796 more I am so distraught I was just evicted from my residence due to a breakup and I lost my job all in the same week and I cannot afford this billand I don’t understand how my bill is so much money

You should call and ask for a bill explanation, you can also see it on your app or website, or your paper bill if you still get them. But even if you see it, maybe you dont understand the charges. You should call them and when they explain, if they are actually invalid charges, the will remove them, if they are valid charges (in my experience, almost always the extra charges are valid) but you cannot pay them, you can ask for a payment arrangement and based on your previous payment history, you may get untill two months to pay it

I've been arguing with them for over a year bc the same thing with me... I pay bill account is zero and next thing you know bill comes in for over $350. Unbelievable!!!!

To make sure we're on the same page, you are able to pay your balance in full and then you receive a new statement that has a $350 total balance for one month, right? Are there certain charges on your bill that look out of place?
