Does anyone know of a number for the legal department?
Verizon has been over charging and charging me for devices and services I have never had. Then they took out $619.10. I have been fighting for almost 2 months to get my money back. They always say that it will be taken care of in 3to5 business days. They have said it was out in my Chase bank account. I donโt even bank with chase. Then I was told the charge has been reversed and it hasnโt. I even did a 3way call with Verizon and my bank. Still nothing has happened. Anyone else had this type of issue?
