Does anyone know of a number for the legal department?
Verizon has been over charging and charging me for devices and services I have never had. Then they took out $619.10. I have been fighting for almost 2 months to get my money back. They always say that it will be taken care of in 3to5 business days. They have said it was out in my Chase bank account. I don’t even bank with chase. Then I was told the charge has been reversed and it hasn’t. I even did a 3way call with Verizon and my bank. Still nothing has happened. Anyone else had this type of issue?

Where are you going to private message me. I’m with your company 22 years and spent thousands upon thousands and thousands of dollars and you treat me like this
after the person said they couldn’t find any notes saying that someone was gonna give me $30 off a month. The woman had my number my address. She said they were so sorry they treated me badly. She said the customer service guy was brand new that talked with me after I yelled for an hour and a half and I said well he did a great job and she said well we’re very happy and we’re so sorry we’ve treated you badly then after they told me, they couldn’t find a record of the $30 a month trying to fix the relationship. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he hung up on me. I called back and you guys were closed.
