Ok folks so I have an increase of $2.14 on our account which was my 3% discount. Verizon decided it was a good idea for me to add automatic billing to also so my discount got cut out. In retaliation I cancelled my paperless billing so now I will get my bill in the mail and get a paper envelope also. I’m about feed up with all the increases. I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years and am looking to moving on. Has this happened to anyone else?
