Enrolled in paperless and a Verizon credit card to get additional discounts on mobile bill since May the rep mentioned that I’m entitled to the discounts now they stopped why ? please advise
Are you on Auto-Pay using that Verizon credit card or your bank account and one of the eligible plans?

We want to make sure that you are receiving all of the discounts that your account is eligible for, imigut. Let's investigate further. Is your Verizon Credit card showing set up with Auto Pay for your account? Is your account still showing enrolled in paperfree billing?

Thank you for the info. Using the Verizon Visa Card and paperless billing does make you eligible for the discount as long as the payment is actually being made with an eligible payment method. For example, if you make the payment with a different credit card, then it would remove the discount for that month.
