Past due balance spread over few months for military

I have a large past due balance that I fell behind in recent months.  I’m in the military just back from deployment and need help getting my bill caught up.  Can we spread the past due balance evenly over the next three months so that I can catch up and not risk service interruption especially since I will be returning to military duty? Customer finance has been unwilling to help finance my past due and extended the due date for the full amount isn’t helping because I can’t pay 800 in full. Customer service seems willing but when finance gets involved they are rude and don’t offer any finance options except to pay in full.  Come on Verizon’s, you used to be stellar with customer support and options and now it’s like pay in full or go away.  Had service for over 5 years and this is what our business relationship is valued at? And I’m in the military where phone service is critical.  Does the executive team or board of directors know the lack of finance options for past due customers?  How can I escalate this issue to their attention? I’d like an executive to weigh rather than a finance team in a different country who don’t offer any finance solutions to get back on a sustainable bill and payment plan and to make matters worse, my account is restricted to in store payments only with cash. Sure let me carry 800 in cash to pay in the store. A balance of 800 is clearly something that requires credit card payment, not a cash payment. This is unrealistic and adding to an already challenging bill to resolve. Please remove the cash only restriction there’s no way I can use cash especially at this amount
