Payed past due still no service

I  recently payed my bill after my service was cut off on Thursday Its been 2 days and nothing I had called and the call drops when I tried customer service im  just wanting my service back and wondering what is going on This never happened before

Hello, Katakuri808. Ensuring you have service is a must and help is here. So sorry to hear of this. Once the bill is paid after suspension, we do request that you turn off Wi-Fi and restart the phone to ensure the device connects to the network. Has this step been completed? Does the phone still experience this issue?
