5/22 I cancelled an order for an iPhone 12, originally ordered through in store pick up. I was in a separate city for work and unavailable to pick it up. I received verbal and email confirmation of cancellation, including verification that phone had never been picked up. I also received email that I should have refund applied. As of 10/24, have not only not received refund but continue to be charged monthly, for 29 of 36 payments and $586 currently charged. I have spent hours and hours on the phone attempting to resolve this, including over 2 hours in the store on the phone with customer service and a manager today to be told, they cannot refund me for the device I never received and not only that, I have to continue paying. I am being charged for services not rendered.
