Payment Arrangement

i made a payment arrangement and my phone was still shut off,. i cant get a human being on the phone for the life of me and the chat feature wont work un less your service is connected. how am i supposed to get this resolved?

We're so sorry to hear that your service was suspended. Depending on whether you were already past due or not when you created your payment arrangement, your service can still be suspended. Once service is suspended, the only way to reconnect is to make a payment for your past due balance. You can find more information here: https://www.verizon.com/support/promise-to-pay-faqs/ Specifically on "I'm already past due on my Verizon Bill. Can I still make a payment arrangement?"
