Verizon,
I can’t express the anger and frustration for what I had to go through within this past week.
On 10/4/2024 I had my service shut off 35mins before my exam. I spoke to costumer/financial services before the incident to extend my payment. We made an agreement to pay by next week. On 10/04/2024 around 5:35pm, service was suspended and was brought back on around 7pm. Due to that error, I couldn’t inform my professor about the incident that happened. I ended up failing the Exam. It was my first exam of the term… after everything happened, I contacted Verizon again to make sure this won’t happen. Verizon informed me multiple times, I won’t have my service suspended before the 11th. YESTERDAY 10/09/2024. I WAS IN A MIDDLE OF MY EXAM AROUND 1ish and MY SERVICE WAS SUSPENDED ONCE AGAIN! I PREVIOUSLY CONTACTED AN AGENT AND THEY NOTATED ON MY ACCOUNT ABOUT EVERYTHING. I WAS IN A MIDDLE OF MY EXAM!!! I WAS ABLE TO SPEAK TO A AGENT NAME Sergio. He helped and brought my service back on. It took over an hour and I submitted my exam as it is. I ONLY FINISHED 61%. THIS IS THE 2nd time THAT HAPPENED THAT MY SERVICE WAS SUSPENDED BEFORE THE DATE WHICH IS 10/11/024. I PLEADED WITH MY PROFESSOR BUT HE WASNT ABLE TO DO ANYTHING FOR ME. THIS INCIDENT OCCURRED TWICE IN 5 days AND DUE TO THAT I FAILED BOTH EXAMS.! IM AM TIRED AND STRESSED. COLLEGE JUST STARTED IN AUGUST AND I HAVE 2 FAILED EXAMS ON MY RECORD. Only option FOR ME IS TO WITHDRAW MY CLASSES TO AVOID THAT BEING ON MY TRANSCRIPT BUT IT COST 900 PER CLASS AND IM A BROKE COLLEGE STUDENT. I AM HEARTBROKEN to the extend of not knoWING what to do anymore. VERIZON TOLD ME I DONT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ANYTHING AS LONG AS I PAID BEFORE THE 11th. I’m just really stressed.
