I have been dealing with an issue for almost a month now. I was charged the incorrect amount by Verizon when I first opened my account and then my monthly bill dropped to another amount and I began paying that. Then randomly without my knowledge Verizon reversed my overpayment, but I didn’t find this out until I went physically into a location and waited 30 minutes. After finding this out I was told it would take 10 business days to return to my account. After 10 business days I called back and referenced my case number and apparently it would take 3-5 more business days. After waiting almost another week I called again and yesterday opened up another case which was escalated and I would receive another call today with an update. I have still haven’t received an update regarding this issue and the amount of $225 still hasn’t been returned to my account after almost a month. This experience has been the worst by far and it always seems no one knows what is going on.
