I talked to an agent about my past due balance and they informed that if I paid 100$ that then I could pay the rest on October 13th without having my service interrupted. I wake up this morning and my phone is cut off, this is very infuriating as I can’t get a live person on the phone now because of the interruption. I am a customer of 2+ years and this treatment is pretty terrible. What can I do to talk to a actual person?

This is my current issue. I spoke with a supervisor in financial services that talked to me so rude & wouldn't budge on helping with my account getting a payment arrangement & was very rude to me. A chat agent promised my service wouldn't be interrupted as I would pay balance this week & spoke with their manager & placed notes on my account all for my service to be interrupted Saturday in the middle of my shift. I explained my phone is what I use for work & they understood and didn't acknowledge the note the chat agent placed on my account. They won't even let you chat with an agent nor speak with one when service is interrupted & it has to be the worst level of customer service ever. I am changing service once this is handled.
