Payment arrangement

I made an arrangement to pay the behind portion of my bill on November 11th. I received an email confirming the date in which I am supposed to pay. However, My service was interrupted for lack of payment before the agreed upon date. I spoke with 8 different reps today & not a single rep could find my pay agreement.. So my service was never reinstated. I am very upset over the whole ordeal. I would like to speak with an Agent to have my service reinstated.
