Verizon turned my phone off because Verizon tripped the security system at Amex.

 

I am a disabled veteran with anxiety and PTSD and my phone is off. 

 

Verizon sent me this

 

To ensure clarity, please note that we only receive payments from the bank you provided, and your bank has approved the payment we requested. However, we are currently experiencing an error with the bank, as they are declining the payment we are requesting on a monthly basis. This limits our ability to automatically settle the bill.

 

 

 

No follow up. Sent over 100 messages.

 

My phone being cut off is traumatic. I can't message my therapist.
