I've been back and forth with this exact same issue for over 2 weeks now, I'm a new customer, well trying to be, new phone service the whole nine yards.. when I am sent the link to make the down payment, I'll enter my card info and make sure the billing and shipping address are correct, and it will go through, (for a split second only), then it will be credited back to my account.. this will go on and on and on.. the first agent told me it was because I was using a WiFi network and not data usage, which I still do not understand, then the 2nd agent told me to contact my bank because it was happening on their end.. well, did that, more than once, and I'm still back and forth.. it will deduct, then Verizon will literally the same instant cancel it.. I don't understand, my account has more than enough, it's a legitimate account and card from an accredited bank, and when I call customer service I can't get past the part that I'm not a Verizon customer yet, that I have an actual order, have received my first online bill, but the down payment and my phone being shipped to me is beyond baffling to me and why cannot this be resolved? I work from home, and my car is being fixed so I can't just up and run to the local Verizon store for help either and I really want Verizon services, but this simple issue is becoming extremely frustrating.

We're sorry about the experience you're having as a new Verizon customer. We never want you to have these issues, and we want to make sure you get the help you need. Is this happening with one card or any card you try to use? If it happens with one card, would it be possible to try an alternate card?
