I need help. I was trying to become a Verizon customer online when it came to paying the down payment and taxes. It took my money and put it into a pending, waiting for authorization hold. I am going into the Verizon store to sign up in person. Please help me figure out how to get my money back to me

I'd try Financial Services: 866-266-1445. Hopefully they can figure out what's going on or release the hold. If you went over some credit limit or your credit is frozen at the credit bureaus, that will cause online orders to not go through or be flagged as fraudulent, because the system is running a credit check. Or maybe if you've got one of those identity theft protection services, it is alerting your accounts for "large purchase" which you have to approve?
