I have Tried to talk to a Live Agent...Phone got Shut Off after Payment Arrangements. I need my.phone for work. I guess being a Loyal Customer dont mean anything. I really dont care for the AI Assistance..It's actually Useless.
Resolution Update: By partnering with support, the issue of phone service was addressed. If others encounter similar problems with submitting payments, we do offer payment arrangements that can be completed via our My Verizon site/app.
