I have a payment arrangement for 5/31, my service was cancelled even though I have a payment arrangement and set it up prior to my service being disconnected. I even confirmed in the chat on the verizon app, with a customer service representative that my service would not be interrupted since I set up a payment arrangement, and they insured me it would be okay. Not even an hour later my service has been disconnected.
