Hello, in November in was sent a email to upgrade my plan and receive new phones on Verizon. I did and had the worst time ever working to get my bill back to the correct amount. I was told it would only cost an extra $5 dollar per line to go to 5G. I paid the taxes on 4 phones but only got 3. I then wanted to add my son's line from AT&T which would also be at a discount. Instead I ended up being charged for an added line along with my son's line. My bill went from $179 up to $400 plus. Every time I had to keep calling back to get it corrected. It has been a nightmare, one I do not want to repeat. It would be great if Verizon would let you stay with the one agent to make the changes until the process was completed. Every time someone else got involved, new changes were made and the cycle continued. Your agents all tried to correct the problem, but your billing department just seemed unable to keep up. I hope my next bill will finally have my refund for the extra phone tax and that this problem will be resolved. After this I wouldn't recommend online changes to anyone. Hope Verizon makes changes to correct this problem.
