So, I received a text alert from VERIZON that my services were in jeopardy of being interrupted for me not paying my bill. I went online and set up a PROMISE TO PAY and got a confirmation text saying that my payment had been processed. Two days later, my services are interrupted. My point is, I fell behind on my payment because of a recent move and tried to resolve the issue online. NOW I cannot get a live agent on CHAT or PHONE until I pay the FULL PAST DUE BALANCE. What is the point of the PROMISE TO PAY if I cannot use my service??? I’m totally baffled that the online system did not capture my PROMISE TO PAY BEFORE MY SERVICE WAS INTERRUPTED!!!
