Porting out the Family Plan Account Owner's line

I am the account owner of my Family Plan and I am the one who is currently paying the bills. However, I am planning to port my line to another carrier. What happens to the other lines on the family plan? Will I still be billed for those lines?

Can I transfer account owner to one of the account members in the family plan?

If you are going to port out your line, make sure someone else has control of the other lines in your account before you leave. Verizon revokes all login access to your account upon porting out, which means nobody will be able to get into the account short of having Verizon employees do it for you. And I think you still get billed if you have not moved the other lines over to someone else's responsibility. Yeah, it's a mess, but I've seen threads from others where this happened!
