I have had my prepaid account on autopay for over a year. The last two month I have had to manually pay to reactivate the account. What has happened?
If your autopay was linked to a credit or debit card, did the card on file expire recently? You can login to your account and go to Manage Autopay in the screen; it will take you to another site where you can update things if needed. Not completely sure now, but I think some people have had problems when their autopay was hooked up to a direct bank draft on a checking/savings account.
Same here. Nothing changed with my autopay monthly. Card did not expire. Paid now and it went through but still showing inactive. Guess it does not reactivate immediately.

Now I'm scared and going to check my account all the time to make sure my autopay doesn't get cancelled and my service disconnected because of it! Yeesh. I enjoy my cellular service, but the stuff behind the scenes needs work...
Has anyone tried calling the automated number (866) 868-3882 to get their autopay set back up if yours got shut off for whatever reason? That was how I got mine set up as a prepaid customer the 2 times I've ported into Verizon.
