Price changes

I'm so frustrated with Verizon's constant billing games. They have become just like the cable companies that I ditched long ago. First they slapped me with a $3 per line surcharge for being in an older plan. Then they cut my paperless and auto billing discount in half..I upgraded all my lines to unlimited plans and now have been notified that the price in each line is going up by $3 for each line. I've been a customer for over 20 years and they have become so money hungry. Monthly bill is rarely the same any given month because of their games. I don't need any of the perks as I just want phone service and data access. Don't make me subsidize everything else. I think it's time to start looking at alternatives.

Itโ€™s ridiculous.  This adding 3 per line thing is kind of the last straw for me.  We have a lot of lines and pay a lot of money for them to think itโ€™s ok to randomly add  to our bills without any explanation.  Iโ€™m looking into other companies.

I just got the same email.. I was so frustrated as well that this is what I sent them..noy that it would matter. So I just received this email that my lines are going up... A month or so ago y'all talked me into reducing my package for a better price only to now tell me I'm going back to the original price with less perks. Verizon is getting real sneaky. I have been with y'all since before it was Verizon but I'm sick of this sneakiness. Looking for another carrier. Love how you start out with "thanks for being a loyal customer"... Ridiculous I shouldn't have let y'all talk me into changing from me old plan I knew better.

I have been a loyal Verizon customer since 1995.  I have bought all my phones from Verizon, I have talked others into changing over to Verizon, and have had many price changes with Verizon.   Well , I  think it is time for me to change carrier's.   I have 5 phone lines and 2 tablets with Verizon and now I am getting a new $3 charger increase on all 5 lines.  I asked Verizon to reduce that increase and unfortunately for me the answer is no.  They cannot do that.  So much for loyal.  I realize my leaving Verizon will not impact their bottom line, but it will help mine.

I've given them 7 years of service. I'm up to 7 lines with them now.  I was on the old plans, and they kept jacking the prices up, so I switched to this garbage unlimited plan. As a user of multiple lines lines with 7 total, now they want double screw us multi line users?  I'm paying the last couple of phones off next week and  leaving verizon, they can pound sand.
