Price hike? I will leave Verizon

I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years. My monthly bill is larger than most people’s car payment. I just got an email telling me that the prices on plans are going up 4$ per line. I have 8 lines. That’s ridiculous. What’s the point of being a “valued customer” with a contract if they just increase the agreed upon plan price? Verizon has failed me so many times over the years. This may be the straw that breaks the camels back. I’m going to start looking at other companies. Verizon was already the most expensive here on Long Island with the worst service and now I’m going to pay more? I don’t think so…..

It seems increasing price is Verizon’s trend… And service wise it doesn’t get any better…
