Problem with bill

I am so tired of getting canned responses read from a script.  I need to speak to someone that can actually do something.  I have to call every month to get my bill corrected.  It is their error not mine.  Verizon used to have a customer retention department and now it’s called something different but can’t remember what it’s called.  Anyone know?
