I have had nothing but problems with Verizon. It started with billing issues and now I'm waiting for them to pay off one of my phones that I have from the previous carrier. I was promised a bill of $110 a month for 1 year. I was offered free Netflix, Disney and Hulu for free for 1 year, as a bonus for signing up. I had to call and chat numerous times just to get the bill even close to that price. It was supposed to be part of my contract but wasn't. I shouldn't have to go through this to get them to honor the deal that was made in the store. The only reason I went with Verizon was that they promised to pay off my phones that I have from my previous carrier. That was back in March and the one phone still isn't paid off. I have been fighting since to get it paid. The bill has gone to collections now. I was told in the store, by the rep, that as soon as they moved the phone numbers to Verizon, TMobile will send them the bill and it will get paid off. Still waiting. Finally thought I was getting somewhere in July when, after more contact with Verizon, that I would receive the gift card in my email, within 8 weeks. Here it is 9 weeks and still nothing. I did yet another chat and was told that it would be escalated. If I wasn't stuck in this contact for 3 years, I would move on. Of course, they broke the contract by not charging me the correct amount of money and not paying off my phone.
