As anyone else had issues with the 2023 Black Friday iPhone upgrade promotion? Was the promotion for a new apple watch only if you ordered a new phone line of service? I ordered a new phone as an upgrade to an existing line. At the time I was told that the free apple watch promotion was valid and would apply to my account. Everything on my order confirmation looked fine. Now I am still not seeing any credit applied to my account. I have been on the phone with Verizon for countless hours and have been told multiple different things. The last person I spoke to said that the promotion was only if I ordered a new line of service and there was nothing they could do.
I have been with Verizon for well over 20 years. This has been the absolute worst customer service and support I have ever seen from ANY company... let alone one that I have been a loyal customer to for such a long time.

Still no updates on this nearly 2 months later... for a promotion from November of last year. So frustrating.
