Hello. I recently switched jobs and needed to move my families three lines to a new business account. I recently traded in 2 phones back in November for $830 and another phone about a year ago. I was told the only way to keep the trade in credits, was to switch to a new business account. Once the lines were transferred, my local rep said to contact customer service and they would apply a promo correction. Can my local rep help with this as I have called customer service and they seem clueless to this. I did get to one department once after hours on the phone and the lady confirmed I could do this, but she only dealt with personal accounts and then I was transferred back and got no where.
