One of the worst experiences, I have been Verizon for 4 months and have to call multiple time get the billing issues fixed. When porting in they activated my number is my sisters phone and her number on my phone and when trying to fix it they moved promo to new number and can’t merge those promos now. Customer care is saying they are creating tickets but not able to give those ticket numbers and no callback on the issue or updates on the issue. Customer care member said they will call back in 2 days with update but never called back and issues is also not resolved. Extra billing charges for me along with my wasted time. On call with them for hours. Definitely not recommending the Verizon to anyone after the contract period never going to look back. Please do not recommend Verizon to anyone.
