My wife sees a promo for a free phone with trade-in.
She does the promo, gets a new phone, and is texted a return label to send her old phone back.
We use the label Verizon sent and return the phone.
Three months later, we’re hit with surprise charges. Verizon says they never got the phone and can’t find the tracking info—on their label!
We’ve spent 7 hours on the phone being passed between unhelpful reps, getting nowhere. Is this how loyal customers are treated?
Verizon, please do the right thing!
