I called in to Verizon in January as my monthly bill was going higher every month. I then had 2 devices on a promotion. The customer service representative upgraded my phone plan and was able to bring my monthly bill down. She ensured me that my devices would still qualify for the promotion. The next 3 months my bills were accurate. The bill for the month of May was 4x higher than I may a month. I called into over 7 representatives and the only explanation I received was that my devices no longer qualified for the promotion when I upgraded. Do you think anyone listens to the recorded calls? Ha. Verizon is a jokes and lies over the phone. Now I have to pay almost 800$ on devices that were suppose to be “free”. No one at Verizon will even look at the exact amount they are over charging. All I get is you have to pay for it.
