I have been calling the customer service multiple times for the last year and four months, and every time the person said either the ticket is submitted and after 2~3 billing cycles that I should see the discount, or guaranteed that the discount will show up in the next billing because the people from above have approved it. I never saw any device discount on my bill for bringing your own device promotion of $1,000. I am sick and tired of Verizon. After this contract ends, I will NEVER return to Verizon. I want my $1,000. I don't understand why this is so hard for Verizon to get it fixed.
