Promotion not applied to account

Good morning, 

I recently did an upgrade offer through the Verizon app. The offer was to upgrade our lines from our current 5G Start -> any new MyPlan and in return we would give our old phones back and get new phones with a promotional credit for $830. After completing the order I got an email a few days later saying that we did in fact qualify for the promotion but it was not applied because we are not on the qualified plan. Upon more research it seems that our plans did not update to the new ones even though I selected the new plans in the order but I was really hoping to get some help on this by some professionals because I do not want this to be messed up any further.
