Got the surprise of my life when I saw my bill show a promotional chargeback for $200 plus but the phone I have is my Mom's and there has been no changes on the account other than the 2 times I called in Oct/Nov to question my bill. I was never told that those changes would cause my promotion on the phone to be canceled. In fact the person stated to me nothing will change.
This makes me very mad and in fact I will be calling in later this morning to get more details. Once I get the details I am then going to contact the attorney General of my state and where Verizon is headquartered. I suggest this to everyone is contact your AG for they usually have dept within the AG offices for consumer complaints. Also research your state to see if it falls under another state government office and file complaint there.
Plus make sure save your bills/statement and if need to printout them to show the month you got bill the higher rate was on there because then it could fall a under a hidden fee if not even fraudulent activity.
