Hello I recently switched front AT&T to Verizon because of the great specials on promotional credits for Black Friday. However I received an email that 4 of my 5 phones will not receive the credit anymore because device payment agreement was cancelled. Does anyone know what this means? The promo was trade in any phone in any condition. Now my bill doubled and I can’t afford this. I plan to go to a rep as soon as I can but any insights would help. Thank you
