Hello I recently switched front AT&T to Verizon because of the great specials on promotional credits for Black Friday. However I received an email that 4 of my 5 phones will not receive the credit anymore because device payment agreement was cancelled. Does anyone know what this means? The promo was trade in any phone in any condition. Now my bill doubled and I canโt afford this. I plan to go to a rep as soon as I can but any insights would help. Thank you

I got the same email today for two of my 4 phones. Same exact email on not accepting billing terms which is false since paid $496 in the local corporate store today in Kingsport, TN.
I had been with ATT for 20+ years, not a good first impression now Verizon.

I am having the same issue. Received an email on 12/1 stating will not receive the credit was removed because devise payment buyout was completed. The promo was trade in of phone with no charge.

We're sorry to read about the issue with your promotion. We're here to help. Was there a device payment agreement on the previous device on the line? ~Peter
