I think it is a little fishy that after I got legal documentation for claims of Verizon charging for “administrative” charges that they were not suppose to, that now we are all being charged more for the plans we were contracted into the rate for.
Since the beginning Verizon has not been fourth-coming about the pricing of my plan. The only reason I left it alone was because I was not getting anywhere and no one had “record” of my order at the price I had it. No matter who I talked to. But I had record and no one would look at it my original purchase receipt. So I gave up and ate the extra $20 a month for the plan. Now they are charging more? I am not happy about this, nor has this been a pleasant switch as a new Verizon customer. Y’all need to get it together. And no offering to look at my plan to “lower” the payment when I loose out on what I signed up for at the original/cheaper price isn’t going to cut it. The customer service is not the best by any means.
