Rate Increase

I pay off my phone next month and not only did they add on an additional 5$ fee to my last payment but now that it’s paid off, they’re switching my unlimited plan from 70$ to 74$ a month. So you’re saying because I pay off a device, Verizon is tacking on an additional fee because I don’t need/want to upgrade? My fiancées phone is still receiving the 70$ unlimited plan because she recently purchased a new phone. Verizon needs to fix this issue for its loyal customers. Just because I don’t want to upgrade, you shouldn’t be charging additional hidden fees. Also this “fee”, I was never notified. It was just added as they were hoping I wouldn’t notice it on my bill.
