I am literally so over verizon. I have never had ANY issues until a year ago when I bought my 14pro on a device promo. They told me I was free to switch plans but when I did, I lost the promotion with no warning because everyone I spoke to told me "you will NOT lose the promo when you switch plans, ignore the emails!" And it took 6 months for SOMEBODY to FINALLY fix it after going into numerous stores, talking to numerous representatives. I just switched to a checking account on auto pay to drop my bill  $20 like it promised me, only for my bill to raise $14 instead. As everyone isn't already financially stressed as it is.
