Rate increase

I just found out I am getting ANOTHER $4 rate increase. Why? “ we are adding a second mobile hot spot”. I don’t  want that. I don't use it. It seems there is no opting out?  Guess I will be looking for another carrier after being with Verizon for over 20 years!
