2 years ago we went in to Verizon to get new phones because of the promo that you had at the time, it was $700. per phone and we purchased 5 new phones and sent our 5 used phones in, it is 2 years later, over 80 hours on the phone with Verizon, today we were hung up on 5 times. It seems to me that if Verizon can put you off long enough and make you mad then you will go away, I have emails stating they have it fixed and credits will be coming but them emails are 9 months ago and still no credits. We are talking about $3500. and many hours of wasted time to get treated like a nobody. Im not going away and my next step will be to file a claim in the court system as $3500 is a lot of money but my time is also worth something along with the stress of having to go through the layers of people to get no answer and each person promises that they will return the call with a answer but after 2 years we know that wont happen.  At first they claimed we didnt send the old phones in but luck have it we kept the proof, then they said we waited to long but again we proved that wrong so they ran out of reasons not to give us the refunds so they hang up after 5-10 minutes on the phone. What would be the next step. They have me under a contract for another year but they are not holding up to their end of the contract by not giving me the $3500.
