I have 8 lines, I’ve never been disconnected once until recently when a card didn’t go thru. I’m being charged a fee for all 8 lines. I’ve been with Verizon for 5 yrs. Was told this is the only way to reach upper management?

We certainly appreciate your 5-years of loyalty, and wouldn't want to see that dashed away after a payment issue that resulted in your service being suspended. While we are still just customer service representatives here, we have some experience in dealing with more escalated issues. To start, anytime service is interrupted involunatarily, reconnection is subject to a $20/line reconnect fee. While we cannot promise a seemingly different outcome from other support channels, we would be happy to take a fresh look into this.
