Hello, my account has been getting charged inappropriately for the last three months. I returned ALL of my devices and I keep getting charged for the monthly bill. The agents said they cancelled my three device payment plans, but are failing to separate the last lines between the smartphone and the smartwatch. The ticket number for this technical issue is *****. The first ticket number was ***** which resolved to figure out that all of my returned items were collected under ONE return label, when the representative should have given me three separate ones.
I have spent and wasted over 10 hours talking to customer service on the phone, and I'm supposed to be having a callback but they have not gotten back to me. I'm also in severe medical debt of over $10,000+ and I cannot be wasting my time getting back $500 that Verizon basically stole from me. You charged me $333.12 on April 24th, 2024, and then charged me AGAIN $189.22 on May 24th, 2024. I need this RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY.
My current agent is Pritam, and we talked on May 28th, 2024 for nearly two hours. He called back on Friday saying he would resolve the issue with the tech team, but he only called saying it hasn't been resolved yet. He also said he would call later that evening, but I never got a call back.
