I received a Verizon REFUND with a north lane debit card and every time I try to use it to pay my bill, it says the card has been declined. I even checked the balance through the card customer service and the card is active and has money available. It’s about to expire and I can’t use it.
can someone fix this so I can use the money I was refunded. Thanks!

It was a refund from my Fios account when I closed it. The expiration date is this month. I checked my balance on the refund debit card and it says it’s active and has an amount on it but when I try to enter the debit number on my Verizon Wireless bill it says it was denied.
