I’ve been having this issue for a few weeks now. I was cancelling my wireless account thru a 3rd party retailer. They said I need to call t-mobile in order switch over my number, then return the phones. Well this was the wrong advice, and I’ve been charged the full price for 3 phones. For weeks now I’ve been calling in trying to get a refund. The reps take my information and tell me in 3-5 business days this case will be investigated and resolved. I keep calling and we’re no closer to resolution, it feels like the just put in a new ticket and the process starts again. Can someone help me with this please?
